Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. The service
Claim Your Land is an online game in which people buy parcels on a world map, build on them with blocks, defend them and compete for them. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) and give a valid email address that you can read, because we use it to confirm the account and to warn you about attacks and auctions. You are responsible for the activity of your account and for keeping your password secret. One account per person.
3. Balance and credits
The balance is made of platform credits: they are bought with real money and spent inside the game on parcels, attacks, shields, bids and leases. They are not money, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other people or exchanged for money. Credits and the top-up bonus do not expire while the account is active. Amounts are shown with the applicable taxes.
4. Game rules
- Buying. Free parcels on land are bought at the stated price. Landmark parcels are won at auction.
- Conquest. Any unprotected parcel can be conquered by paying its conquest cost. The attack takes between 2 and 24 hours to arrive depending on distance, and the owner is warned. When a parcel is conquered, the previous build is destroyed; the displaced owner gets back, in credits, 50% of what they paid for that parcel and keeps a blueprint of their build for 30 days to rebuild it for free on another empty parcel of theirs.
- Shields. A shield that is active when the troops arrive stops the attack; the attacker gets back part of what was paid, as stated in the game.
- Auctions. The money for a bid is held while you lead and is returned instantly if you are outbid. A bid in the last few minutes extends the auction.
- Settlers. Some parcels belong to Settlers, in-game characters run by the platform and marked with the 🏕️ badge. They never attack or rate players' builds, do not count in the rankings and spend fictitious balance; their parcels can be conquered like anyone else's. They withdraw as the community grows.
- Results. The result of each action depends on the decisions of the people who play and on the published rules, not on chance. We do not guarantee that a parcel will keep or increase its value, or that it will not be conquered.
5. Content you publish
You are responsible for what you build and write (titles, texts, photos, logos). The following is forbidden: illegal content, content that incites hatred or violence, sexually explicit content, content that impersonates other people or brands, content that infringes third-party rights, and spam. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the service. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, after a report or on our own initiative.
6. Brands and advertising
Companies can create a brand profile, which we must verify before it can lease parcels. A leased parcel cannot be conquered while its fee is paid. If the fee is not renewed, the parcel becomes conquerable again like any other. Brand parcels are shown with the "Sponsored" label. The brand guarantees that it holds the rights to its logo and content and that its links comply with the law.
7. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, cheat, use several accounts to gain an advantage or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu or by writing to us; unspent balance is handled according to the refund policy.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We will do our best to keep it available, but there may be interruptions, rule changes or data resets during the testing phase, which we will announce. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for any loss in the value of parcels.
9. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms; if the change is important, we will tell you. They are governed by Spanish law and, if you are a consumer, by the law of your country of residence where mandatory. Contact: [email protected].
